Transformation coaching is a process in which a coach helps individuals identify obstacles and hinderances  in order to achieve walking in the fullness of their purpose. The coach works with the client to find answers and provides support and guidance throughout the process.

Session Cancellation & Refund Policy

Yes, you may cancel your session and receive a 97% refund if your request is submitted at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled session time.

To request a cancellation, please email transformingcoachshaneika@gmail.com with the following details:

• Your full name
   
• Order number
   
• Date and time of your scheduled session

Once your identity and purchase are verified, and the cancellation request is confirmed to be submitted at least 48 hours in advance, we will process your refund.

Please note:

• 3% of each session fee is non-refundable due to processing fees.
   
• No refunds will be issued if we are unable to verify your identity and order details, or if your request is submitted less than 48 hours before your scheduled session.
   
• Requests that do not follow the outlined cancellation steps will not be eligible for a refund

Due to high client volume, each client is permitted to reschedule their session up to two (2) times within a 30-day period, based on our next available openings.

Please note:

• Clients who exceed two reschedules or frequently cancel may be placed on a waiting list for up to 30 days before being allowed to book another session.

• We encourage timely communication to avoid delays in your coaching journey.

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive 15 minutes or more late to your scheduled session, it will be considered a missed appointment and automatically canceled.

Please note:
There are no refunds issued for missed or late sessions.
