Coaching Session Cancellation & Refund Policy

Yes, you may cancel your session and receive a 97% refund if your request is submitted at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled session time.

To request a cancellation, please email transformingcoachshaneika@gmail.com with the following details:

• Your full name 
• Order number 
• Date and time of your scheduled session 

Once your identity and purchase are verified, and the cancellation request is confirmed to be submitted at least 48 hours in advance, we will process your refund.

Please note:

• 3% of each session fee is non-refundable due to processing fees. 
• No refunds will be issued if we are unable to verify your identity and order details, or if your request is submitted less than 48 hours before your scheduled session. 
• Requests that do not follow the outlined cancellation steps will not be eligible for a refund.

Payment Policy | Declined Payments | Coaching

If your payment method is declined at any time prior to your scheduled session, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and you will need to re-book using a valid form of payment.

· Please be advised: In the event a client cancels or reverses a payment after a completed session, we reserve the right to pursue appropriate legal action to recover the owed balance.

Mentorship Cancellation & Refund Policy

Important Notice: Because of the depth of teaching, resources, and immediate access to program materials provided at the time of enrollment, all mentorship program purchases are final and non-refundable.

If your payment method is declined at any time prior to the start date of the program, your spot will not be reserved and you will need to re-purchase using a valid form of payment.

 · Please be advised: In the event a client cancels or reverses a payment after attending week ones mentorship class, we reserve the right to pursue appropriate legal action to recover the owed balance.
