Transformation Coaching Cancellation & Refund Policy

Yes, you may cancel your first (1st) coaching session and receive a 97% refund if your request is submitted at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled session time.

To request a cancellation, please email transformingcoachshaneika@gmail.com with the following details:

• Your full name 
• Order number 
• Date and time of your scheduled session 

Once your identity and purchase are verified, and the cancellation request is confirmed to be submitted at least 48 hours in advance, we will process your refund.

Please note:

• 3% of each session fee is non-refundable due to processing fees. 
• No refunds will be issued if it is not your first (1st) coaching session.
• No refunds will be issued if we are unable to verify your identity and order details, or if your request is submitted less than 48 hours before your scheduled session. 
• Requests that do not follow the outlined cancellation steps will not be eligible for a refund.

Rescheduled Sessions -- No Refund Policy

Clients may reschedule their coaching session up to two (2) times within a 30-day period, based on the next available openings by sending a request to reschedule to:

This policy helps ensure order, stewardship, and respect for the time set aside for each session.

Please note:
If a client exceeds two missed or rescheduled sessions, additional rescheduling will not be permitted. At that point, a new coaching session must be booked to continue receiving services.

All coaching sessions are non-refundable, including missed or rescheduled appointments, as each session represents time prayerfully reserved and prepared in advance.

Late Arrival -- No Refund Policy

If you arrive 15 minutes or more late to your scheduled session, it will be considered a missed appointment and automatically canceled.

• There are no refunds issued for missed or late coaching sessions.

Sessions may be rescheduled up to two (2) times within a 30-day period, based on availability by sending a request to reschedule to:

• Sessions missed or rescheduled beyond this limit are forfeited.
   
• No refunds are issued for missed or rescheduled sessions. 

These policies are in place to steward order, consistency, and sustainability within this work.

Payment Policy | Declined Payments | Coaching

If your payment method is declined at any time prior to your scheduled session, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and you will need to re-book using a valid form of payment.

· Please be advised: In the event a client cancels or reverses a payment after a completed session, we reserve the right to pursue appropriate legal action to recover the owed balance.

Important Notice: Because of the depth of teaching, resources, and immediate access to program materials provided at the time of enrollment, all Group Coaching and Mentorship Program purchases are final and non-refundable.
